Here we give you some ideas of where to start on typical trusses and houses

Most trusses we build are standard pitches and overhangs, on standard centers, but we have experience and skill in building many custom designed homes.

  • Standard pitches are usually about 4/12 (four on twelve) or 5/12 (five on twelve) and typically are 2' on center (OC) with 1' of overhang and have gable (or studded) trusses at the end for sheeting purposes
  • We get many quotes and orders for room trusses inside of larger trusses and typically do not include gables to be able to frame in windows and doors without studs in the way
  • Floor trusses can be customized for venting, pipes, wires, and other objects running through
